What file formats do you deliver for embroidery digitizing?
We deliver all major embroidery formats including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, HUS, VP3, XXX, SEW, and more. Just let us know what machine you use and we'll send the right format.
How long does digitizing take?
Our standard turnaround is 12–24 hours. For complex designs it may take up to 48 hours. Rush service (4–6 hours) is available for urgent orders at an additional fee.
Do you offer free revisions?
Yes! We offer unlimited free revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the final digitized design. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
What image quality do I need to send for digitizing?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and other formats. Higher resolution images (300 DPI or above) yield better results, but we can work with most image qualities.
How do I place an order?
Simply register an account, submit your artwork with project details, and we'll send you a quote. After approval, we process your order and deliver the finished files to your email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely after you approve the design.
